At Ardell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused lashes or cosmetics in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
